How long is the free trial?
3 months, with no card needed. That's long enough to see a few couples through a payment or two. When it ends, pick the plan that fits. Your couples keep their app either way.
Do couples pay anything?
No. Couples you add use the app free, with no trial and no upgrade prompts. You only pay for your own plan.
How do couples pay me?
By bank transfer, straight into your account. Couples see your bank details, the amount and a reference to quote with every payment, and tell you in the app when they've paid. Card payments are coming soon.
Do I have to use a set payment plan?
No. Set up whatever you've agreed with each couple: a deposit and a balance, monthly payments, a payment every few months, or your own dates and amounts. You can change any payment later.
What counts as an active couple?
A couple whose wedding date is still to come. Once their wedding has passed they stop counting towards your plan, and their history stays in your account.
Can my team log in too?
Yes. Starter includes 2 staff logins, Pro includes 5 and Unlimited has no limit.
What if a couple pays by bank transfer?
Mark it as paid in a click. Couples can also tell you from their app that they've paid, and you confirm it when the money arrives.
How does referral credit work?
Couples can invite their other suppliers to see payments in one place. For every 2 suppliers who join from your couples, you get a month free.
