What happens when the supplier trial ends?
Pick the plan that fits and carry on. If you don't, your dashboard pauses until you choose one, and your couples keep their app.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Move up when your diary fills or down in a quiet year. Yearly plans cost the same as ten months.
What counts as an active couple?
A couple whose wedding date is still to come. Past weddings don't count towards your plan.
Do couples pay through you?
No. Couples pay you by bank transfer, straight into your own account, so there's no fee from us. Card payments are coming soon.
We're a couple on a paid plan. What if one of our suppliers invites us?
Your plan carries on as it is, and nothing extra is charged. If you're on a free trial when a supplier invites you, the app becomes free.
